Beginning in 2022, I have been hard at work with the Lab for Scalable Mental Health helping to develop, evaluate, and implement single session interventions (SSIs) in different settings. These digital interventions have the ability to overcome or bypass several barriers youth face when accessing mental health care. The Lab for Scalable Mental Health has developed a wide range of SSIs based on CBT, DBT, behavioral activation, the growth mindset, and much more. Randomized clinical trials have found these SSIs to be effective at lowering depression, anxiety, and hopelessness long term. However, it is important to see if these interventions are as accessible and effective across different demographic factors and symptom levels. Click each button below to learn more!
